We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewelry Store Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the jewelry store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Train and mentor sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales goals
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Oversee store merchandising and visual displays to maximize sales opportunities
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to management
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
