Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Jewelry Store Manager to lead our retail operations in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in jewelry sales and management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance. As the Jewelry Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring that our store consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership & Management:
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

- Sales & Customer Service:
- Drive sales by implementing effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

- Inventory & Merchandising:
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is well-organized and available.
- Oversee visual merchandising to create an appealing shopping environment that highlights products effectively.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and manage loss prevention strategies.

- Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage store budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures to protect company assets.

- Training & Development:
- Implement training programs for new employees to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.
- Organize ongoing training sessions for staff to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute local marketing initiatives and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and the local community to enhance brand recognition and loyalty.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of jewelry products, trends, and industry standards is a plus.
