We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts within the energy industry and driving sales growth for the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the energy sector
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth within existing accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for key clients
- Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with key clients
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and account activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in key account management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
- Knowledge of the energy industry is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
