We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher Assistant to join our team in Sharjah, Energy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and assisting in their educational and social development.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Kindergarten Teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons for students
- Support students in their learning and development, both individually and in small groups
- Create a positive and nurturing learning environment for students
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Help with daily tasks such as setting up and cleaning up the classroom, preparing materials, and supervising students during playtime
- Communicate regularly with parents and provide updates on students' progress
- Collaborate with the Kindergarten Teacher and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching approach

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children
