We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities for the kindergarten class
- Support the social, emotional, and academic development of each child
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching certification in Early Childhood Education
- Experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment
