Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Labor Relations Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Labor Relations Specialist in the construction industry, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of labor relations, including negotiating and administering collective bargaining agreements, handling grievances and disputes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with labor unions, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.
- Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements with labor unions, ensuring fair and equitable terms for all parties involved.
- Handle grievances and disputes between management and labor unions, working towards resolution in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies to protect the rights and interests of all employees.
- Provide guidance and support to management and employees on labor relations issues, including but not limited to wages, benefits, and working conditions.
- Monitor labor market trends and recommend changes to policies and practices to remain competitive and attract top talent in the industry.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
