We are seeking a skilled and experienced Labor Relations Specialist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labor relations within the financial services industry and will be responsible for managing relationships between the company and its employees, as well as with labor unions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement labor relations strategies and policies in alignment with company goals
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to address concerns and resolve disputes
- Provide guidance and support to managers and HR staff on labor relations issues
- Negotiate collective bargaining agreements with labor unions
- Monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Investigate and resolve grievances and disputes
- Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on labor relations topics
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in labor relations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field
- [X] years of experience in labor relations, preferably in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and labor unions
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
