We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Labor Relations Specialist to join our team in Dubai. As a Labor Relations Specialist in the Transportation and Logistics industry, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of labor relations within the organization, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and fostering positive relationships between the company and its employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement labor relations policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all labor relations matters, including grievances, disputes, and collective bargaining negotiations
- Advise management on labor relations issues and provide guidance on best practices for resolving conflicts and maintaining positive employee relations
- Represent the company in meetings with labor unions and negotiate collective bargaining agreements
- Investigate and respond to employee complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with HR, legal, and other departments to address labor relations issues and ensure consistency in policies and practices
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and proactively update policies and procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to labor relations activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
- [Random number between 3-8] years of experience in labor relations, preferably in the Transportation and Logistics industry
- In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
- Certification in Labor Relations or HR management is a plus
