We are seeking a skilled and experienced Land Development Engineer to join our Construction team in Dubai. The Land Development Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of land development projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and other engineers to develop land development plans that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements
- Conduct site visits and surveys to assess land conditions and feasibility of proposed projects
- Design grading, drainage, and utility plans for land development projects
- Prepare engineering reports, cost estimates, and construction schedules
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- [X] years of experience in land development engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
