We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Land Development Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and a passion for developing land in innovative and sustainable ways.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, planners, and other stakeholders to develop land development plans that meet the needs of the community
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to analyze and design land development projects
- Ensure that all land development projects comply with local regulations and environmental standards
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess land conditions and identify potential challenges
- Work closely with construction teams to ensure that land development plans are implemented successfully
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in land development to continually improve processes and outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in land development, preferably in a technology-focused environment
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software, and other relevant tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of local regulations and environmental standards in Dubai
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
