We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Operations Manager to join our Construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces, as well as a strong background in construction and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all landscaping operations, including planning, design, installation, and maintenance of outdoor spaces
- Manage a team of landscapers, gardeners, and maintenance staff
- Develop and implement landscaping plans and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and quality control
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Procure materials, equipment, and supplies as needed for landscaping projects
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the landscaping department

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in landscaping and construction
- Proven track record of managing landscaping projects from conception to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
