Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Landscaping Operations Manager to lead our landscaping team in Dubai, focusing on sustainable landscaping solutions within the energy sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of landscaping operations, including project management, team leadership, and client relations. This role requires a deep understanding of landscaping practices, strong management skills, and a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of landscaping projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of landscaping professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of teamwork and productivity.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or issues that arise during project execution.
- Sustainability Practices: Implement and promote sustainable landscaping practices that align with the company’s environmental goals, including water conservation, native plant usage, and eco-friendly materials.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for landscaping projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all landscaping operations comply with local regulations, industry standards, and health and safety protocols.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to procure landscaping materials and services, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain detailed records of project progress, budget expenditures, and team performance, providing regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscaping management, preferably within the energy sector or related industries.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of landscaping techniques, sustainability practices, and local flora.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client relations.
- Proficient in using landscaping design software and project management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
