We are seeking a highly experienced Legal Operations Program Manager to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal operations within the consumer goods industry and possess excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement legal operations strategies and processes to streamline legal functions within the organization
- Collaborate with legal team members to optimize workflows and increase efficiency
- Manage and track legal department budget and expenses
- Oversee legal technology implementation and maintenance
- Coordinate with external legal vendors and service providers
- Analyze and report on key legal metrics and performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Provide training and support to legal team members on operational processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in legal operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal operations or related role
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in legal technology and software
- Experience working in the consumer goods industry is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
