We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Librarian Assistant in our Financial Services firm based in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for library sciences and an interest in financial services.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Librarian in cataloging and organizing library materials, including books, journals, and digital resources
- Assist patrons with research inquiries and locating materials
- Maintain library records and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist with collection development, including selecting new materials for acquisition
- Assist in coordinating library events and workshops
- Provide support in managing the library's budget and expenses
- Assist with marketing and promoting library services to staff and clients
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Prior experience working in a library setting is preferred but not required (under 8 years)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and library management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of financial services industry is a plus
