We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Licensing Specialist Assistant in the healthcare industry. The Licensing Specialist Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Licensing Specialist in obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses and permits required for our healthcare facility to operate legally and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Licensing Specialist in researching and obtaining all necessary licenses and permits from the relevant healthcare regulatory authorities in Dubai.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all licensing requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with all licensing regulations.
- Assist in preparing and submitting license renewal applications in a timely manner.
- Monitor changes in licensing regulations and update internal stakeholders as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the Licensing Specialist as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of healthcare licensing regulations in Dubai.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
