We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Licensing Specialist Assistant to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate licensing and a passion for ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Licensing Specialist in processing and managing real estate licenses for agents and brokers.
- Ensure all licensing applications are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing requirements and regulations in Dubai.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with licensing laws.
- Prepare and maintain licensing documentation and records.
- Assist in conducting audits and reviews of licensing processes to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Provide support to agents and brokers on licensing-related queries and issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in real estate licensing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws and regulations in Dubai.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
