The Licensing Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of licensing activities within the Aerospace and Defense industry in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all local and international regulations, laws, and policies related to licensing and export controls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate license applications for compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with government agencies, including the Department of Economic Development and other relevant authorities, to obtain necessary licenses and permits.
- Provide guidance and support to internal departments on licensing requirements and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with licensing regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs for employees on licensing and export control regulations.
- Stay up to date on changes in regulations and policies related to licensing and export controls.
- Assist in the development of licensing strategies to support business objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, International Relations, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of local and international licensing regulations and export control laws.
