We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lighting Director Assistant in the Pharmaceuticals industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lighting design and production, as well as strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lighting Director in all aspects of lighting design and production for pharmaceutical events and conferences
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all lighting requirements are met and executed according to the Director's vision
- Set up and operate lighting equipment, including programming and operating lighting consoles
- Assist in the maintenance and organization of lighting inventory and equipment
- Participate in on-site rehearsals and event set-up to ensure lighting is executed flawlessly
- Keep abreast of industry trends and innovations in lighting design to enhance the overall production quality

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Lighting Design, Theater Production, or related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in lighting design and production in a pharmaceutical or events setting
- Proficiency in lighting design software and lighting consoles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures for lighting equipment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for events
