We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lighting Director Assistant in our retail setting in Dubai. The Lighting Director Assistant will work closely with the Lighting Director to ensure the successful implementation of lighting designs and concepts throughout our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Lighting Director in the development and execution of lighting designs for retail displays, events, and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to integrate lighting elements into overall store design
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source lighting equipment and materials
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lighting fixtures and systems
- Conduct regular inspections of lighting equipment to ensure safety and functionality
- Assist in budgeting and cost tracking for lighting projects
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in lighting design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Lighting Design, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in lighting design or related field
- Proficiency in lighting design software such as Dialux or AGI32
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
