We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention Program Manager to join our Transportation and Logistics team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate losses within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement loss prevention programs and strategies to reduce shrinkage and increase profitability
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas of risk and develop action plans to address them
- Analyze data and trends to identify patterns of loss and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement loss prevention initiatives
- Train and educate staff on loss prevention techniques and best practices
- Monitor compliance with loss prevention policies and procedures
- Investigate incidents of loss or theft and work with law enforcement to resolve issues
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in loss prevention

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in loss prevention, security, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry preferred
