Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing loss prevention programs to minimize risk and protect the assets of our financial services company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention strategies and programs to reduce financial losses due to theft, fraud, and other risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify areas of vulnerability and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to loss prevention.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and patterns that may indicate potential risks or threats to the organization.
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on best practices for loss prevention and security.
- Investigate incidents of theft, fraud, or misconduct and work with law enforcement as needed to resolve issues.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the effective implementation of loss prevention programs.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and security to continuously improve programs and processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
