We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Mall Manager to oversee the operations of a healthcare-based mall in Ajman. The Mall Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the mall, including leasing, marketing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain tenants in the healthcare sector
- Negotiate and manage lease agreements with tenants
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall, including maintenance, security, and cleaning
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
- Build strong relationships with tenants and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and laws

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in mall management or related field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
