We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mall Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a prestigious mall located in Ajman, within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Mall Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the mall, including tenant relations, leasing, marketing, maintenance, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall operations of the mall, ensuring a high level of customer service, tenant satisfaction, and profitability
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Manage tenant relationships and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional events and campaigns to drive foot traffic and increase sales
- Monitor and analyze financial performance of the mall, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to mall operations
- Supervise and train mall staff, including security personnel, maintenance workers, and cleaning staff
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for visitors and tenants

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a mall setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of leasing and marketing strategies within the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
