We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mall Security Guard to join our team in Dubai within the Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, employees, and vendors within the mall premises.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol the mall premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, vandalism, or any other criminal activity
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations promptly and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with mall policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
- Provide assistance and support to mall visitors, employees, and vendors as needed
- Conduct regular security checks of the mall facilities and report any issues or concerns to the appropriate authorities
- Monitor surveillance cameras and other security equipment to maintain a high level of security at all times
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Prepare detailed incident reports and documentation as required
- Assist with crowd control during peak shopping hours or special events
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a security guard in a similar environment (manufacturing sector preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Physical fitness and ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Valid security guard license or certification
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
