We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Manufacturing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process in the healthcare industry, ensuring that products are produced efficiently and meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production process, including operating machinery, assembling products, and packaging finished goods
- Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality and safety measures are met
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure materials are available for production
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to identify any defects or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient production processes
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and coordinating repairs with maintenance staff
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed
