We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The Manufacturing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing process of consumer goods. This role will involve assisting with production planning, coordinating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring quality control standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with production planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and production targets
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
- Support quality control processes and ensure products meet specifications
- Assist with troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the manufacturing facility
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations in the manufacturing process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- [X] years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software
- Knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing best practices
