We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth and increase brand awareness within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products and services within the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
- Create and manage marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on marketing initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
