We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, particularly within the Real Estate industry, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote our real estate properties and services in Dubai.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, advertising campaigns, events, and branding initiatives.
- Manage a team of marketing professionals and coordinate with external agencies to ensure marketing objectives are met.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to drive lead generation and conversion rates.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- [6-8] years of experience in marketing, with a focus on Real Estate industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
