We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Marketing Manager in the Aerospace and Defense industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the Aerospace and Defense sector
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and target markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch marketing campaigns that align with business objectives
- Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software
