We are seeking a Marketing Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing operations, program management, and a passion for the education industry.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive enrollment and engagement with our education programs
- Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including budget management and performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Lead the development of marketing materials, including digital content, print materials, and presentations
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing assets
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing programs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
