Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:
- Lead and manage end-to-end marketing operations programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives.

2. Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the marketing operations framework.
- Implement best practices in marketing workflows, automation, and reporting to maximize efficiency.

3. Data Management and Analysis:
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of marketing performance metrics.
- Utilize data insights to inform strategic decisions and improve the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and clinical teams to align operational strategies and ensure cohesive execution of marketing programs.
- Serve as a liaison between various departments to facilitate communication and collaboration on marketing initiatives.

5. Campaign Management:
- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to diverse healthcare audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing strategies.

6. Technology and Tools Management:
- Manage and optimize the use of marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Stay current with emerging marketing technologies and recommend solutions that can enhance operational efficiency.

7. Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
- Ensure all marketing materials and programs comply with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks associated with marketing activities.

8. Training and Development:
- Provide training and support to marketing team members on operational processes, tools, and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the marketing operations team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and healthcare industry dynamics.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
