We are seeking a qualified Marriage Counselor to join our team in Dubai within the Transportation and Logistics industry. The Marriage Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to employees and their spouses to improve their relationships and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for employees and their spouses
- Assess the needs of each couple and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide guidance and support to couples experiencing relationship issues or conflicts
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as psychologists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Stay current on best practices in marriage counseling and attend relevant training sessions or workshops
- Provide crisis intervention services as needed

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent certification
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marriage counseling or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry is a plus
