We are seeking a qualified Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team in Dubai, focusing on providing therapeutic services to individuals and families within the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling, with a specific focus on relationships and family dynamics.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions with clients experiencing challenges in their personal and family relationships
- Develop treatment plans and goals in collaboration with clients to address their specific needs and concerns
- Provide counseling and support to clients dealing with issues such as communication breakdowns, conflict resolution, and stress management
- Collaborate with other professionals within the agricultural industry to provide holistic care to clients
- Keep detailed and accurate records of client sessions and progress towards treatment goals
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques in marriage and family therapy to provide the best possible care to clients

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Dubai
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in providing therapy services to individuals and families
- Strong understanding of family systems theory and evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other professionals
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
