Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Lab Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Medical Lab Technician in the Aerospace and Defense sector, you will be responsible for conducting various medical tests and experiments to support the health and well-being of our employees and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of medical conditions
- Analyze and interpret test results with accuracy and precision
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control measures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely test results
- Keep detailed records of all tests performed and results obtained
- Stay up-to-date on advancements in medical technology and laboratory procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field
- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience as a Medical Lab Technician
- Valid Medical Laboratory Technician certification
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
