We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations management, with a focus on manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the medical operations program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical manufacturing facility, including production scheduling, quality control, and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including ISO and FDA requirements
- Manage budgeting and resource allocation for the medical operations program
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Qualifications:
