We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Medical Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and logistics, with a focus on managing medical transportation services.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize medical transportation operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical transportation program, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring vehicles and drivers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
- Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to coordinate patient transfers and ensure timely and efficient transportation services
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, insurance companies, and government agencies
- Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
- Manage a team of transportation coordinators and drivers, providing training and support as needed
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including on-time performance, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and implement new technologies and processes to enhance operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on medical transportation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in healthcare
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
