We are seeking a skilled and experienced Midwife to join our team in Sharjah within the Aerospace and Defense industry. As a Midwife, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to pregnant women and their newborn babies, ensuring a safe and healthy delivery process.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting prenatal appointments to monitor the health of pregnant women and their babies
- Providing education and support to expectant mothers on pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care
- Assisting with labor and delivery, including monitoring fetal heart rate and administering medications as needed
- Performing postpartum assessments to ensure the health and well-being of both mother and baby
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as obstetricians and pediatricians, to ensure the best possible care for patients
- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records of all patient interactions and treatments
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices in midwifery care

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Midwifery
- Valid Midwifery license in Sharjah
- [Random number] years of experience working as a Midwife
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of current trends and practices in obstetrics and neonatal care
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
