We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in Sharjah, UAE, with a focus on agriculture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage lending and a deep understanding of the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in obtaining mortgage loans for agricultural properties
- Evaluate loan applications and determine the credit worthiness of borrowers
- Work closely with clients to explain loan options and help them choose the best mortgage product for their needs
- Collect and analyze financial information to determine the feasibility of loan approval
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, developers, and other industry professionals
- Stay current on market trends and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
