We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the telecommunications industry and a proven track record of success in mortgage lending.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, authorize, or recommend approval of mortgage loans
- Advise borrowers on financial status and methods of payments
- Guide customers through the mortgage application process
- Collect and analyze financial information to determine creditworthiness
- Review loan agreements to ensure they comply with regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, financial planners, and other referral sources
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in lending regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field

- Strong understanding of telecommunications industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
