We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Operations Program Manager to join our manufacturing company in Dubai. The Mortgage Operations Program Manager will oversee all aspects of mortgage operations, including loan processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage operations and project management, with experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of mortgage operations, including loan processing, underwriting, closing, and post-closing activities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve efficiency and streamline processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Provide leadership and guidance to the mortgage operations team
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
