We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mortgage Operations Program Manager to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage operations and program management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of mortgage operations within the construction department
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Manage a team of mortgage operations specialists and provide guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor and analyze market trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Identify and implement best practices to enhance the overall mortgage operations program
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Handle escalated issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on a regular basis

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage operations and program management
- Strong knowledge of construction industry practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage operations software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
