We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in Sharjah, specializing in the Manufacturing industry. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for assisting clients in securing mortgage loans for the purchase or refinance of residential properties within the Manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to assess their mortgage needs and financial situation
- Educate clients on the various types of mortgage products available and recommend the most suitable options
- Collect and review necessary financial documentation from clients
- Analyze financial information to determine the creditworthiness of clients
- Assist clients in completing mortgage loan applications and ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted accurately and in a timely manner
- Work closely with underwriters and loan processors to expedite the loan approval process
- Keep clients informed of the status of their loan application and address any questions or concerns they may have
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other industry professionals to generate referral business

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage loan origination software
