Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mortgage Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai's thriving real estate sector. This role is pivotal in overseeing the mortgage operations process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of mortgage products, operational best practices, and a deep understanding of the real estate market in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of mortgage operations.
- Lead a team of mortgage operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management.

2. Operations Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end mortgage process, including application, underwriting, approval, and closing.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the mortgage lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations.

3. Risk Management and Compliance:
- Monitor compliance with local and international mortgage regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of operational processes to mitigate risks and enhance quality control.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, underwriting, and customer service, to drive operational excellence.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding mortgage operations.

5. Training and Development:
- Design and deliver training programs for staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

6. Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

7. Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the mortgage industry in the UAE.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mortgage operations or related fields within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, underwriting processes, and regulatory requirements in the UAE.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving operational improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in mortgage software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
