We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Museum Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi, focusing on the Energy sector. The Museum Technician will play a crucial role in the maintenance, preservation, and presentation of artifacts and exhibits related to the history and development of energy in the region.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, de-installation, and maintenance of exhibits and artifacts within the museum
- Handle and care for artifacts according to established museum standards and protocols
- Conduct regular inspections of artifacts to ensure their preservation and condition
- Assist in the development and implementation of conservation and preservation strategies
- Collaborate with curators and exhibit designers to ensure the accurate and effective presentation of artifacts
- Provide support during special events, workshops, and educational programs
- Conduct research and write reports on artifacts as needed
- Assist in the inventory management and cataloging of artifacts
- Perform general museum maintenance tasks as required

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Museum Studies, History, Art History, or a related field
- Minimum of [Random number below 8] years of experience working in a museum setting, preferably in a technician role
- Strong knowledge of conservation and preservation techniques
- Familiarity with handling and caring for artifacts
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and museum database software
- Knowledge of energy history and technology is a plus
