We are seeking a talented and creative Music Arranger to join our team in Dubai. As a Music Arranger, you will be responsible for arranging and adapting musical compositions to suit specific projects and requirements in the consumer goods industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and creative teams to understand their vision and requirements for music compositions
- Arrange and adapt musical compositions to fit the desired tone, style, and length for various projects, such as advertisements, promotional videos, and product launches
- Collaborate with musicians, composers, and producers to bring musical compositions to life
- Ensure that the arrangements are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new music technologies to continuously improve skills and techniques
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and creativity in all musical arrangements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Music or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Music Arranger in the consumer goods industry
- Proficiency in music composition software and tools
- Strong musical ear and ability to interpret and arrange music across various genres and styles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
