We are seeking a talented and experienced Music Arranger to join our team in Dubai. The Music Arranger will be responsible for creating and arranging musical compositions for various construction projects, including but not limited to marketing videos, promotional events, and corporate presentations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers and creative teams to understand the musical requirements for each project
- Compose and arrange music based on the project brief and objectives
- Select appropriate musical instruments, tones, and styles to enhance the overall theme and message of the project
- Adapt existing musical compositions or create original pieces as needed
- Work closely with musicians and sound engineers to record and produce the final musical arrangements
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality musical compositions that meet the project deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with current musical trends and technologies in order to bring fresh and innovative ideas to each project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Music Composition, Arrangement, or related field
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience as a Music Arranger in the construction industry
- Proficiency in music theory, composition, and arrangement techniques
- Strong knowledge of a variety of musical genres and styles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in music production software and equipment
