We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Park Ranger to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The National Park Ranger will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and preservation of our national parks within our real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the national parks within our real estate properties
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the proper upkeep of the parks, including landscaping, waste management, and infrastructure maintenance
- Develop and implement conservation and preservation initiatives to protect the natural environment within the parks
- Monitor and enforce park regulations to ensure the safety and well-being of visitors
- Conduct regular inspections of the parks to identify any issues or areas in need of improvement
- Collaborate with local authorities and environmental agencies to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines
- Provide educational programs and activities for visitors to promote environmental awareness and conservation efforts
- Assist in the development of marketing and promotional materials to attract visitors to the parks

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Conservation, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in park management or conservation
- Knowledge of local environmental regulations and conservation practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation
