We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Operations Manager to join our dynamic healthcare team in Sharjah. As the Nursing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day nursing operations within our facility to ensure the highest level of patient care and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
- Manage nursing staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the allocation of nursing resources to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal patient care.
- Collaborate with other department heads to coordinate patient care and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to nursing operations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives to drive growth and enhance the quality of care provided.
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, and administration to address any operational issues or concerns.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in nursing operations to drive innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
- Valid nursing license in UAE.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing management or operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
