We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Operations Manager to join our team in Sharjah. The Nursing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the nursing department within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality of nursing services
- Collaborate with nursing staff, educators, and other healthcare professionals to streamline operations and improve patient care
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Manage nursing staff schedules, workload, and assignments to ensure optimal staffing levels and resource utilization
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to nursing staff
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines in the nursing department
- Participate in strategic planning and budgeting processes to support the overall goals of the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the UAE
