We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Clerk Assistant to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office and assist in daily office tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files and records
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist in data entry and maintaining databases
- Assist in ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Assist in coordinating office events and functions
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing
- Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an office clerk assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction industry is a plus
This is a full-time position based in Dubai. The salary will be commensurate with experience.
